1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Anemos Rent A Car services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

• All bookings must be confirmed with a valid credit card
• Full payment is due at the time of vehicle pickup
• A security deposit will be temporarily authorized on your credit card
• Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed
• Additional charges may apply for extras, damages, or violations

5. Insurance and Liability

All rental vehicles include basic insurance coverage as required by Greek law. However:

• You are responsible for any damage excess amounts
• Additional insurance options are available for enhanced protection
• Insurance may be void if terms of rental agreement are violated
• You are liable for all traffic violations and fines incurred during rental period
• Theft or total loss may result in full vehicle replacement cost

6. Fuel Policy

Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. If the vehicle is returned without a full tank, you will be charged for the missing fuel plus a refueling service fee.

7. Return Conditions

• Vehicles must be returned at the agreed time and location
• Late returns will incur additional charges
• Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received
• All personal belongings must be removed from the vehicle
• Any damage must be reported immediately

8. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup time
• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur charges
• No-shows will be charged the full rental amount
• Weather-related cancellations will be handled on case-by-case basis

9. Breakdown and Accidents

In case of breakdown or accident:

• Contact our emergency hotline immediately: +30 22890 24607
• Do not attempt repairs or accept help from unauthorized persons
• Obtain police report for any accident involving injury or significant damage
• Take photos of any damage and collect witness information if possible
• Do not admit fault or sign any documents you do not understand

Your personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under this agreement if such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or civil unrest.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Greek law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
